Annalisa ('Anna') grew up in Rome, Italy, surrounded by amazing food and a love for sharing it with family and friends. That Italian background and passion for good food continue to inspire the variety you’ll find on our menu today.
Today, Anna independently owns and operates the Tempe Marketplace location, now completely separate from the Desert Ridge restaurant. Her two boys have grown up around the restaurant and still jump in to help, making Slices a true family business.
A huge part of Slices is General Manager Cameron, who works alongside Anna overseeing the day-to-day operations and making sure everything runs smoothly. His dedication to the restaurant, our customers, and our team has made him an important part of the Slices family.
We’re also incredibly lucky to have an amazing team, including several employees who have been with us for many years. Their loyalty, hard work, and familiar faces are a big part of what makes our Tempe location special. Many of our customers have gotten to know them over the years, and we’re proud to have a team that truly cares about the food we serve and the people who walk through our doors.
